An Every Day Thing… - Summer Court

This weekend was National Dignity Day; my feelings about this are a bit like Valentines day… Should be all the time and not just one day of the year! But, it did give us a chance to celebrate all that is good about good care and what we think dignity is all about.

We talked about knocking on doors, raising complaints and then about food (not necessarily about dignity, but always nice to talk about!).

We are going to have a dignity champion here (watch this space…), this member of staff will use simple initiatives that can make a world of difference to the lives of people at Summercourt. They will even have a very special badge!
