Our Facilities

Summercourt is registered for 20 residents and has 19 bedrooms all of which have en suite facilities.

The home has two bathrooms; one with a hydraulic bath, the other with a wet room; a nurse call system; a passenger lift and two well appointed dining rooms.

Our two lounges are situated at the front of the building, with access to our sunny terrace. One lounge has a TV and audio facilities and the quieter one has a cosy seating area that’s lovely for residents and friends to chat in.

All room sizes meet with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission, indeed many are well in excess of these requirements, and all areas are accessible by wheelchair.

The home also has a large patio area with sea views and a private, walled garden with a gazebo and goldfish pond. The garden is accessible by a ramp with a grab rail, and is suitable for wheelchair users.
