It's a dog's life
I must apologise for my lack of blog, my head has been a bit consumed with dog!
I have a lovely new puppy called Dylan, and he really is just adorable (slightly biased I know!). So last week my daughter brought him in to meet the residents before her evening shift. The residents already knew all about him as it’s all she’s been able to talk about!
It was a fabulous moment and he was on his best behaviour and really pleased to meet some new laps and have more cuddles. So the PAT (Pets As Therapy) dog training starts soon… we’ll get sit and stay right first!

We are proud to provide excellent care for our residents and are committed to training our staff so that they can provide this. We also employ specialist activity workers to ensure that residents are able to enjoy a variety of activities.
